Jill R. Dietz,
Jill Dietz, MD is a nationally recognized leader in value-based care and the building and management of breast centers and related services. As principal at TrueNorth Medical Consulting, she serves as a consultant for breast centers around the world. Dr. Dietz led the breast centers at Washington University, Barnes Jewish Hospital, the Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals of Cleveland. She also served as Chief Quality and Allocation Officer for the Cleveland Clinic ambulatory surgery centers.
As President of the American Society of Breast Surgeons (ASBrS), Dr Dietz led the transition of the organization from an annual meeting society to a robust virtual education platform for their over 3200 members. She formed the COVID-19 Pandemic Breast Cancer Consortium consisting of leaders from major national cancer organizations to expeditiously publish “Guidelines for the prioritization and treatment of breast cancer during the pandemic”.
Dr Dietz serves as Chair of the Standards and Accreditation Committee of the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC), an American College of Surgeons quality program and is in the process of rewriting the standards to be value-based and patient-centric. Dr. Dietz is currently completing her MHCM degree at Harvard Harvey Chan School of Public Health.

Dr Raghavan Vidya
MS, MD, FRCS
Dry Raghavan Vidya is a Senior lecturer at Birmingham University and Consultant Oncoplastic breast surgeon at Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust, UK. She qualified in medicine at the University of Madras, India in 1990. She did her research on aromatase inhibitors at Edinburgh and completed higher surgical training in Wessex and West Midlands.
She is actively involved as a faculty in several National and International meetings. She has more than 100 publications and presentations. She founded the Innovations and Advances in Breast Surgery, introduced and mentored new innovations including muscle sparing implant based breast reconstruction. She served as a National member of ABS breast academic Group and lead the National Breast Group, to produce the report of Future of Surgery as part of the Royal College of Surgeons. She is actively involved in clinical trials and have a special interest in new technology and advances in breast surgery.
